<14岁妈妈>
this is the jap drama i currently watching.
this girl, 14 years old, got pregnant because of love, gave birth because of love...
she went through alot alot just to give birth to this little girl of hers..
she ignored the resistance in the family, ignore her friends' fornot forgiving to her pregnancy, ignored the neighbours and other people who threw her weird glances, even those who alienate her.
she was only 14 and yet she can give up so much just to have this baby born.
she grew up in a family full of warmth and happiness.
she listened to how happy and blissful her parents felt when she was born.
so she decided, she wants the baby born, so that she can see her.
keeping in mind that she wants to see her baby safely born, she held on to her believe, that even as a young mother, she can still give birth to a healthy baby and will be able to watch her grow...
but nothing is perfect.
she almost died when she was in labour, which was a month earlier than her expected labour date.
she lost too much blood,but her baby was well, safe and sound in the ICU.

in this drama, alot of things can be seen.
the practical side of the reality, the warmth of the family portrayed and many more.
parents do stuff uncontrollably for the sake of their children, at any price.
as an outsider, when u ask them why they choose to do so, their only answer will be, 'because i'm a father.'
they forgive and forget whatever wrongdoings we have.
though they are angry, Miki's parents still stood by her to accompany her throughout the process of pregnancy.
though there is nothing much she can do, miki's teacher still tried her best to protect the interest of miki's future education.
though she had hurt her once, Miki's best friend still plucked up courage to reconcil with her and tried to stand up for her as well.
though he was young, as a 15 year old father, he still knows what is called responsibility.
though he was really young in the family, Miki's brother still show how much he cared and loved his sister.
Miki was strong and couragoues.
you should see the face of hers when she saw her baby for the first time.
the doctor asked her to touch the baby, saying that babies will know if the one touching it is their mother. if it is, the baby will feel safe and gradually fall asleep.
she cried when her baby help her by the finger.
those little tiny fingers. small yet filled with strength, circling her whole hand onto her mother's finger, feeling secured with the touch.

there are many circumstances where a person have to grow up and face the music.
this drama just showed one of them.
after having the baby, Miki grew up into a mature girl.
she will think seriously before she makes a right decision.
though the road ahead is tough, she will still carry on, won't she?

yup, i haven yet watched the last episode. but i guess, it wun be good coz the baby somehow isn't in pink of health. anyway, the baby is only 1648g at birth!
i dunno if this is a true story, but it sure touches people's hearts.
